Many times I've seen C-GUAN and Air Transat C-GITS on the YVR apron at the same time but never close enough to get a picture. AC on its way to Toronto and Transat just arriving intenational. Too bad didn't get a picture. Wonder if they's a picture with the two close together.

I was just wondering the history of BA 1 and 2 and all the different route it was used on. It was LHR-JFK with the concord and now A318. I remember seeing an old 80's OAG a BA route that was LHR-ANC-NRT-CMB-MLE-JNB. I was curious if this could be and old BA1 route.

Wow you must hold the record fastest transit time. Anybody else can beat 8 minutes to do an intentIonal transit. My most worrysome was LAX terminal 2 on AC collect bag and run to TBIT in 30 min and it was run the way to connect to FJ made it. If I did not it was 2 day stay for next flight.

Its correct they do refuel with pax onboard but rule of thumb Jetway must be connected,air stairs close by rear exit, main doors manned, sometimes fire truck at the ready specially if plane is full of pax. Its just easyer to freshen the plane with no pax to get in the way.

The other inconvenience would be the time required to clean the foam, you would need to wash the runway several times to get rid of the foam, Foam is slippery and not really environment friendly.
