Interesting. If they indicate serving the Vietnamese community in the US is a key business driver, then they will definitely go to LAX over SFO. Orange County has the biggest Vietnamese community in the country. Also LAX is much bigger for their partner Delta than SFO is.

Doesn't AA own the most corporate contracts on the NY and LA ends? Hence, the most premium offering. UA has the premium config 757s on a lot of flights, but less so than AA. I don’t see the PPT crowd wanting to head down to TIJ first. Either from Paris or San Diego. If you live in San Diego region or anywhere south of LA, who the hell would want to make their way to very congested LAX, when CBX is on south side of San Diego.
