The CRJ is not 'miserable'... it's just cramped... The longest flights i've had on a CRJ were for like 1:30 minutes. These flights were dirt cheap, too! I've never encountered this, and I would be thoroughly pissed off if I was sprayed with something that is suspected as a carcinogen, and kept in a sealed cabin with low air flow for eight hours.
