Don't know if it was mentioned already but Hawaiian also names all their A/C (or at least all the ones I have flown -- the 727s and A330s). Not a general nickname like Pan Am's "Clipper" but each A/C has a Hawaiian name on it.

Noticed it as I drove by KOA today. I couldn't get close enough to catch the reg # but it was the Boeing white body/blue tail with "787" on it. I don't see how they have a leg to stand on in court. They were clearly in violation of a very basic rule that anyone traveling with lap children should know (and which is, I believe, communicated clearly when making a reservation for lap children).
