Are you sure that the overwing exits were open on the ground? On the A320, these exits are permanently armed and when opened will automatically deploy the evacuation slides. Just an observation...

Two rather nitpicky points: 1) "where" has a different meaning to "were". It is REALLY annoying when you write "where" when it should be "were." Minor flaw really, but I am a linguist. 2) While MyTravel were innovative in their introduction of the trayless food concept, it wasn't in fact their idea....

Actually, the seats on G-OOAN (currently being refitted in Abu Dhabi) and G-OOAL were the jade green leather in the standard cabin, and the thistle blue leather in Premium.
