Biggest was Emirates 777-300ER in Dubai. Enter at the front door the walk to the right aisle and immediately to seat 1F. :)

Similar in Geneva, we always leave via stairs.

Also done the same on a Qantas 767 which flown by Capt. Sutton on that day.
