Slightly over exposed (very slightly) for the Air Do but otherwise I like these.
“Calming down the blown areas” for me should equal editing rejection if selectively adjusting the brightness.

I recommend against doing too much sim flying. It's fine for learning procedures and running checklists if the panel is a close match to the plane, but outside of that the lack of tactile feedback will make it tempting to fixate on instruments and you'll get jerkier inputs. Some will be angry you put any watermarks at all, but if you are putting them on your own site you could go with the pattern watermarks over the whole image that some of the big stock photo sites use.
