In my book anyone who drives through a crowd killing 5 and injuring 40 is a monster. We have a similar book I guess. That's not entirely true. The 747-8i (passenger) line has closed, however the 747-8F (cargo) can still be ordered. And they do come with the front cargo door. It may be the driver of the SUV was being chased and took a wrong turn or afraid of stopping. He also could have been drunk/high on drugs.
