I could be wrong, but I dont think the P-8 can carry a harpoon in the bomb bay. They are mounted on the wing. The only ordinance that can fit in the bomb bay are the light weight torpedoes, depth bombs and, SBDs and maybe 500lb JDAMs. So I don't think an A320 can carry a cruise missile in the a pot...

There is merit in this argument, however it's also true that a person doing that without a GRC would have questionable intent. Whereas if they had the GRC, their intent would be regarded as benign.
