The BA Club world seat is disliked mainly due to the fact it has been around for so long whereas the competition have consistently improved their product over time. I've just seen the video. It's close but it doesn't actually strike the ground. The fact it did 2 flights after this pretty much confirms that no damage occurred.

What exactly did you put in the search bar? I put in the number 549 only and the first results are aircraft serial numbers (including the A320 you are looking for), then line numbers and then fleet numbers
