Re: WestJet nears deal with Sunwing

Of all possible mergers in Canada, I didn't see this one coming. Fortunately they will be keeping the Sunwing brand. RE: Heavies At LAX- Distributed Evenly Amongst North/s

Thank you all for the very valuable information (particularly Vikkivik with the weather/light info which I had not considered). In light of this info (pun intended) , I decided not to travel at the planned timeframe. Hopefully a revised mid- November arrival will produce more favourable lighting con...

Thanks everybody for the pointers to the editing guide. I'll need to reacquaint myself with PS (or Elements?) after purchasing a newer copy of either before I delve into it.

Hello, For learning purposes, I would appreciate feedback on this photo to identify it's deficiencies and ways to resolve them. The most obvious is that the picture wasn't taken with the sun at my back. =) Anything else that could be added would be appreciated. Thanks to all. Jack <center><table ali...

NWA330nut/megatop412, Thank you both for validating what I had suspected ... I ended up purchasing the 70-300vr lense. Vikkyvik, By no means am I discouraged; your feedback just serves to highlight the limitations of my current camera... which will soon be replaced. FYI, the light was a natural sunset and there was no cropping involved. As you noted, with the equipment in use, you take as many pictures as possible a...

Hi all, Newvbie here with the aforementioned new camera to work with. I ask as that I'm unfamiliar with the camera & photography (so far)...
