Re: KLM to replace one daily flight to BRU with Rail service

As an American that doesn't know anything about European short-haul, does anyone actually fly this route to go solely between Brussels and Amsterdam or is it mainly a flight that exists for connections like Tuscon to Phoenix on AA? A 2-hour drive or train ride has to be preferable to driving all th...

Most likely to be for a stretcher installation. KLM operate their fair share of medivac services. I don't think it's for a stretcher, if you look at this link https://bucher-group.com/products/medical-systems/stretchers/ you can see that its supported on it's own legs . Rugby World Cup 2019 Discussion Thread

Time to speculate on the rugby world cup. Will the All Blacks retain the title or will we see a Northern hemisphere team walk away with it this time. The newly ordered 777w will seats 408 passengers replacing the 408 seats 747... Where can the new 777w be deployed to with 408 seats? Will it make the trip from AMs to KUL? The 777-300 is deployed all over the place. You often see a mix of 777-200 and 300 on most routes. KUL sees the 300 quite often.

I guess countries like New Zealand, Switzerland missed out again. I'd say AMS/The Netherlands is the biggest loser here: AMS will be the only airport with more than daily NRT service by the local carrier in a country with no HND slots. Agreed, and that their partner airlines DL and AF are at Haneda.
