Some great adds, especially excited about Bergen. By the time the A321-XLRs arrive United should be primed to do some really impressive routes, surpassing their previous peaks when they were flying 752s all over Europe.

I'm guessing LAX, they had flight #1 which was MEM-LAX-NRT-TPE. The MEM-LAX segment was a 757, with the remainder LAX-NRT-TPE a 747. I'm guessing at one point the plane actually operated as a true direct one stop MEM-NRT via LAX.

I don’t know what the numbering of the new gates will be, one option would be to carry over the flag to the new gate equivalent. If not the Port Authority has a memorial in front of the EWR administration building.
