From what I've read, the red line that Turkey can't cross is switching on the radar and begin integrating them into the defense network. That isn't expected to happen until October. Another problem is that westernization drastically pushes up the price of the aircraft, further limiting its appeal. The one positive trait of Antonov is they can produce very small quantities of aircraft and not go bankrupt like a Western manufacturer would.
