The majority of teams are still located in the Charlotte area, and flying is an even larger part of their operations as the series has spread out. That makes perfect sense. They are always flying staff to client locations, and often, if consultants are on an extended stay with a client (say two or three weeks) they will fly home on the weekend.

On the subject of air refuelling, why is it necessary to AR fighters and bombers that are ferrying between the USA and Europe/Middle East regions? The fighters could easily make it via YYR, SFJ, KEF, PIK, RMS, CHQ etc and the bombers would have enough range to do something like YYT, TER, CHQ or YYR...

I wonder if that's another airframe for Samaritan's Purse? I haven't heard anything about them getting a second one, but they have been operating a DC-8 since early last year for humanitarian missions. The basic paint scheme looks to be similar.
