I don't think the inboard will be moving backwards. We don't do pivot turns with a stopped main gear leg. The TIA is a big deal as the parallel flight test frames are very limited in their contribution for record until it is issued. They may peform "risk reduction" testing, but cabin is there as ballast legally, you can go find problems, but you cannot perform test points to verify something ...
