Refining capacity remains down. Crude imports will jump to 3.7 million barrels roughly in 2021 as a whole and 4.4 in 2022.

My flight from IAD this evening landed on runway 24. In all my years flying in and out of STL, I don’t think I’ve ever landed on that runway, it’s always been one of the east/west runways. Something tells me the recovery here is going to be extremely ugly...along the lines of just axe everything for say the next two weeks and start again at 6 a.m. some morning in the future once you get planes and crews repositioned, rescheduled, etc. etc.
