The A380 isn't even in the top 10 failures, IMO.
As much as I love Concorde from a sales standpoint it was disaster. When the state funded airlines of the two development countries are the only two, extremely reluctant, operators that says a lot.
Why not just hand out iPads in first class and main cabin extra? and then charge $10 to regular economy, add in free wifi with the rental and you got yourself a big money maker. Sounds as if you're generalizing somewhat, not all airlines do bus boarding the same way.
Emirates and BA have separate buses for premium cabin passengers. I find that if boarding by bus and I'm boarding it first I can at least pick the best spot for a quick exit.
