For mere mortals, it would probably be a toss-up between the upper-deck on a BA -400, seat 1A on a LH -400 or 1K on a SAA -300. But I'm a lucky SOB, so for me the best 747 ride ever was on a Kalitta -200F.

I'm pretty sure there's a rule banning scheduled passenger flights from venturing further south than 60S. As such, any route from Australia to S. America will be taking a somewhat longer routing to avoid breaking that rule.
