I definitely flew a Frontier A318 back in 2007 from DEN-PDX. It was N805FR (Ollie the owl), which was actually the 2nd A318 prototype.

It should always be this. Tons of my friends fly to Hawaii. Sometimes multiple times a year. It's the best beach vacation for us west coasters without having to leave the country.

I've been on 20 MD-90s, 1 MD-88, and 1 MD-80. Last MD-80 was on AA way back in 2006 on SNA-SJC back when SJC was still a 'hub'. MD-88 was in 2010 from SLC-GEG. All the MD-90 flights were in/out of SLC, back when they still had them hubbed there.

Looks like AC PDX-YYZ is being upgauged to a daily A319 operated by Air Canada Rouge for this summer. Wow! From 97 capacity on the E190 to 120 capacity on the A319. Greyhound/Amtrak isn't going to work. DY get's in around 4pm and the trains/buses leave in the morning. Uber/lyft/cab is the best bet for that time of evening. It'll probably cost a bit but the convenience is worth it.

From my experience at multiple airports as a ramper, the ones that feed in and go to a slopped, circular belt is better, the bags don't come back so you can offload as fast as you can. I think that almost every flight to TPA, MCO, and FLL are 739ER or A321/A320 (LVX routes). And I believe that SEA-FLL is the longest AS flight in the system. SEA-FLL is also the second-longest currently operating flight in the contiguous United States (title shared with NK) after AA's SEA-MIA route...

Was this a few weeks ago? I saw that HA25 on the 10th left at about 130am. 17.5 hour delay. The flight on the 11th left around 5pm. A 9 hour delay.

Back in the day when I worked at an airline they paid two of us, of the same sex as the teenager, to go to the hotel room, in different rooms. It was nice cause you got paid while sleeping.

AM appears to have cut back one frequency a week in which PDX surprisingly even has non-stop service. AS is dropping two marginal regional routes. I'm tempted to give this a shot - you know you could just take the UA flight 1562 from ANC-ORD and cut out a bunch of flights with nearly a whole day to hangout in ANC. Found very reasonable fares to LHR this summer. 714 in June, 991 in July, 719 in August. Don't know where the 2900 is coming from?

Hawaiian is using A330-200 OGG-PDX yesterday and PDX-OGG today instead of the new A321. PDX-OGG has been A330 on the 17th, 15th, and 13th, and B763 on the 11th and 9th. If FR24 is correct it will be A330 on the 19th and 21st as well. Looking at FR24 N204HA has been out of service for almost 10 days...
