It's because it's a 737. From inside knowledge and first hand experience from the person of inside knowledge, to me, is that while it may be some pilot error, 737's just suck in the braking department in general. Therefore with less than favorable conditions it multiplies that and the pilots need to...

I like how the reporter in the video says its a Cheyenne, but the article said it was a PA-31 which would make it a Navajo. Anyone know the tail number or find a flight plan for it?

C'mon up Thursday! And people make fun of me at the airport too. But the commercial a/c business is in my blood, growing up around it and taking my career into aviation as well. And, this is just so rare, this plane will just not ever come here normally, so gotta make it an event when possible!

Thanks, I'm in Tampa and I was waiting for my dad to arrive, the storms rolling through were amazing looking! Hence I had to adjust my camera, (D300 w/ 70-300 VR) because I couldn't shoot much fast than I already was without sacrificing any more quality/noise. I'll tinker with it and see what happens!

When I click on any of the top photos on the main page, and they open in a new tab, the photo is not showing.

Is it personally owned by anyone in particular or what? Not many 763 exec's! Usually -200's.

And I just checked FlightAware and it arrived in Ciampino, Italy a few days ago...
