It is blurred.
No matter how steady the camera is, presumably on a tripod, the aircraft will have been buffeted by the jets of de-icing fluid during the exposure and any slight wind will also move the aircraft about.

Are you re-sizing after sharpening ? If so, try sharpening after the image has been re-sized.

Sharpening is best left as the last thing you do before saving.
