I know it can handle a a300, i just haven't seen a UPS A300 land there yet that's all. I know they have done it, but haven't seen a video of them yet. I have personally landed a Browntail A300 on runway 2L during Peak a couple of years ago just after the sunset...not often but every once in a while...

WN adds SDF-FLL for 1x week service. New NS destination for WN from SDF Delta tried FLL from LEX back in 2005 with a CRJ200 and it failed quickly; traveled that route 3-4/month and the most I ever saw was 8 of us on that airplane; maybe times have improved or SDF proves to be better. During the approach into SDF the crew received a Slat Fault message; since the longer runway 17R/35L was not available and the East runway is considerably shorter (crew indicated that they needed at least 10,000ft runway length), it was finally decided that a diversion to CVG was required...

I flew on an L-1011 FRA-DFW in 1988 with Captain John Steiger in charge, who was piloting the Convair 880 in the below picture. He was kind enough to give my father and myself a tour of the flight deck and encouraged me to follow my dream, which I did...thanks Captain.

Republic Airlines mistakenly had their ERJ170s painted in the "NEW" US Airways colors with tan wave lines on the rear section of their fuselages where the ERJ175s were painted correctly with gray wave lines.

When I flew the CRJ2 on behalf of Continental Express (Chautauqua) in 2007 our longest route was IAH-RIC-IAH (1,157 miles :( )...

In the early 90s we were hours late on a TWA B747 from FRA to JFK, weren't provided with a gate and deplaned via people-movers from a remote stand; not quite stairs but an unusual experience especially since coach class deplaned via the rear exit door.

The A300 B2/B4 type rating says "A300" and the A300-600/A310 type rating says "A310" on your license.
