The load factor (Percentage of seats filled on each flight) actually rose year over year, 87.1% as opposed to 85.4% last June.Capacity reductions also figure into that equation as well.

We had a supervisor here at La Guardia lose his job for the same thing about five years ago.His mouth ran away from him in a meeting and one of the inflight supervisors complained about it.

End result, he got fired as did another supervisor who gave a false statement during the investigation.
