Re: Delta plans to emerge a "smaller" carrier

Fish on! I've got some friends who are in ATL and they all say the doom and gloom is almost unbearable. They also said that it's hard not to feel that way when the ramp is a ghost town, all the transfer tugs are parked and they have literally boarded up access to the terminals they are not using, n...

So... since American is suing Delta over the term "Flagship", does that mean that Delta can countersue American since Pinnacle/Endeavor used the call sign "Flagship" previous to American re-registering the term "Flagship" in 2009?

DL (Compass) used to fly MSP/BHM - but the route did not make money so the route was dropped. WN at BHM has reduced their schedule down and would not suspect any growth there except seasonal routes. F9 has already talked about reducing BHM as the markets served are not making enough $$$.

There is a county/city covenant that is in place on why a CRJ/ERJ couldn't fly into HHH. The covenant is the tree height at the end of runway 3 that doesn't meet the climb gradient for these aircraft unless they are severely restricted. Business jets are ok, however a 50k+ pound RJ wouldn't meet tha...

SkyWest CR9's all have their registration painted aft the engines. Current Delta livery has the registration forward the engines on all tail mounted engines. They have had this "branding" since the wavey gravy livery. I cant speak to say why, but DL should make them all be consistent.
