I actually quite like the existing Aegean livery. It avoids the nonsense wavy lines across the fuselage and grade A typical blue everywhere. And another tail fin, empenage covering design with a slight silver flourish on the leading edge is not new or interesting. A shame. I agree, I am also a fan ...

I remember flying MT and not being allowed to take a hot drink onboard. When I worked at Swissport we were told to actively halt passengers with hot drinks from boarding the aircraft and the PSA’s did the same at LS. It’ll be great to see DL back at MAN, everyone I know that worked with DL were pretty sad when they pulled out! I wonder if we’ll see more VS/DL routes out of MAN anytime soon? :crossfingers:

When I worked at LS one or two of the 738’s had the integral stairs, the airline didn’t use the feature however, although the controls and guard rail support were still there. I think one was a former HV bird and one flew for UX, but I could be very wrong

OP, nit-picking, but LN 7542 would be a 737-800, and not a 737-8K2; Boeing dropped the Customer Code a few years ago. By the way, K2 is Transavia, not KLM. For some reason, all the 7/8/900’s delivered to KLM are K2’s, and not 06’s..... Anybody know why...? Ordered by Transavia, then transferred to ...

Nearly every flight I’ve had from Frankfurt was boarded by bus. It was very cool boarding D-AIFD through the stairs!

However, dispatching a 752 with bus boardings in the busy summer at MAN was often difficult especially when there was a seating issue or late PAX! :)

Two other users mentioned DSA and LPL, the only other I can think of is Belfast City Airport named after George Best.

I’ve had a few flights on LH and LX and the crew announced onward connections that were probably quite tight on time. DL also announced the gate for my onward flight in MCO.

It’s a guideline for airbridge operators to ensure that the bridgehead is in line for passengers.

I’ve seen similar guidelines added to the hold doors of LS and FR aircraft, it highlights the door edge in low light
