keep an eye on gulfstream aerospace in the future. they've been working on a supersonic bizjet for a while now. they're doing their best to eliminate the "boom" while still keeping somewhat of a grasp on fuel economy. i always thought the citation x was enough, but apparently not!

one step up from the SR22, it looks quite similar, with intakes on either side towards the rear of the a/c. there was a small write up on it in flying magazine i believe.

out of curiosity, has any private manufacturer ever done anniversary aircraft schemes when reaching a certain number? we used to see a hawker (don't remember the tail #) about once a month that was the "millennium hawker." it was raytheon's 1000th H25B. it came with iridescent stripes. hmm....i looked up the HondaJet in the FAA database, tail # 420HA owned by "Honda R&D Americas" if you look it up on flight aware, it shows the same owner, but claims the tail number belongs to a CJ1. i don't get it! it claims the last flight of 420HA was on july 31st, but i know honda has used that...
