Ditto Olympic Airlines....considering 99.9% of Greece smokes it goes without saying that the majority of crews do as well. I recall seeing a picture of a cockpit of one of their A-340s and both the pilot and copilot had their Marlboro packs "out and available..."

Well I just took the test drive, and should be getting one next week or the week after. Silver, black leather, and ESP are basically what I want in it. The handling is incredibly responsive, and it was actually very rainy today, yet the car handled just fine. Thanx for the replies guys!

Actually I did read about a "fish strike" at 5000 feet. It had something to do with an eagle carrying a salmon in its mouth and it let go of it; as such, it struck the windshield of some aircraft, and they crossed out bird and put fish in the accident report.

In regards to the Concorde comment, it was standard procedure for the timer to be started the second takeoff power was applied. Therefore the captain would have one hand on the timer and one on the throttle and say "3, 2, 1, NOW" and full throttle would be applied.
