Just got a hold of my parents on the phone. Diversion due to something with the toilet they said. They could see someone with something that looked like a vacuum up there. Why would they divert if only one toilet on a 757 is defect? Must cost a fortune!

My parents are on Iceland Air Flight#688, I was tracking it and just noticed it has diverted to KBOS! Anyone have any info as to why the diversion occurred? Fuel sounds unlikely since it was almost in northern Maine.... MX?
