Re: SLC Terminal Construction Updates

I think what you're looking for is here. It starts on page 36 of the document (or page 10 if you're looking at the page number it shows on the diagrams). I don't know if there have been changes since this was published. For example, Cactusjuba mentions only the international D gates will be closed i...

Have you ever heard of spell check? You made five spelling mistakes in one word! It's announcement, not annnoumemt.

Re: Annoucement: Airliners.net has been aquired by VerticalScope

I agree with the Gr8Circle post above. I spend far less time on a.net since the new format debuted--it's just not as enjoyable to me. And I don't mean to nitpick, but the two spelling mistakes in the thread title don't leave a very good impression about the proficiency of the new acquirers. Note: It...

I agree with LawAndOrder, you couldn't have been on an A320 with IFE. There aren't any in service. They have never had IFE since the merger. They will soon, but they don't now.

Re: DL Performance Trend in SEA T100/DB1B

SEA-PDX is 129 miles, with flight times usually 20-25 minutes. FYI, you can't begin service the moment the wheels leave the ground, and you can't continue serving until the wheels touch the ground. You've got a maximum window of about 5-10 minutes where you could serve. Agreed that Delta should come...

Re: DL Performance Trend in SEA T100/DB1B

Was not impressed with my SEA-PDX leg. Crew refused to do any type of service, except for FC. Alaska/Horizon both manage to do a beverage service, on Q400's and even got a beverage service on a fully loaded 734 once. I paid for the upgrade to Economy Comfort because it promised free alcoholic bever...
