AMS-EWR will still be flown by KLM. Eventually, when the 763's will be phased out, this flight will be flown with the A330. Don't know when though.
Might even be a mixed A330/B763 service for a while.

I looked it up the other day and according to the great circle mapper (http://gc.kls2.com) it can only be done with a 330 minutes ETOPS certification.

Additional question to this forum : Are there airplanes that are certified for ETOPS 330 mins ?

What's the difference between all the checks that airplanse go through. I know that at a D-check the plane is being stripped from its paint and that every single bolt is checked.
