As far as I remember, the BA flights to CMN weren't BA mainline. In the late 90's, it was flown by GB Airways (one of its franchise partners) through GIB. Later on, the flight was transferred to LGW, and was flown either via Seville, or Tangiers (I flew that route many times when I lived in Casablan...

I'm pretty sure Garuda still flies to Saudi as a scheduled airline (besides the Hajj charters)

Not sure about Malaysian, I think they've pulled out out the entire Middle East when they stopped their Dubai flights.

BA still flies the 747 on a daily basis to Kuwait from LHR. Flight is an average of 6 hours each way.

It's a boutique hotel with an amazing location and amazing staff. If you book a suite you get a nice large terrasse and a jacuzzi. I really recommend it.
