I flew in last night on UA from SFO, 9:05pm arrival became 1:15am wheels down and 20+ minutes of waiting/taxiing.
UA crew said it was a mix of weather, construction and landing from the west. I know some UA flights were diverted to LGB, PSP and LAS.
