Ya really do, pal. And it shows. Everything is Max-related and also the fault of Spirit and Frontier? :rotfl: No.. you don't. If you don't think MAX has been a big problem you haven't been paying attention. And the problem people are Frontier and Allegiant. I'm no fan of Spirit but they could help ...

Re: Indianapolis Aviation Thread - 2019

IND has a problem that needs to be resolved. They are taking a beating because of the 737 MAX issue. That isn't their fault but it is their problem none the less. They also have a problem in that they have two airlines (F9 and G4) that play darts with a route map and you cannot rely on them from sea...

Back in the day, I was on a TW L1011 from STL to IND. I think there was maybe 15-20 people on it. Not sure filling that jet was much of a priority. There also used to be an TW L1011 on IND-DAY.

I wish! What needs to happen first is that the first flight of the day on IND-RDU needs to not be at 11:30am and on a CRJ. Once it is changed back to a 6-8am IND-RDU CR7/9, DL would likely add more midday frequencies if demand warranted it, but even with Infosys strong on both ends, they won't grow...

At some point its probably a good Idea to have locking mechanisms for over head bins from out of blocks to 10,000 ft and vise-versa. Nobody should be up out of their seat at that point anyway, and in case of an emergency like this they remain locked for the evacuation. Include a crew only manual ov...
