Just to add some more, I bought a brand new car the other day and the dealership specifically told me not to put seat covers on as they do interfere with the airbags. They said even so called airbag safe ones don’t work. Now I usually have no faith in anything a car dealer tells me, but in this case...

Don’t. Regardless of the airbag issues, you bought the car to enjoy it surely, then enjoy the interior as the designers intended. With the government now saying to avoid any unnecessary interstate travel I expect to hear of further capacity cutbacks domestically. I also wouldn’t be surprised of the imminent winding down and closure of TT.

One reason I think 787s look so awkward on the ground is because of the way they hug it and it almost looks like they are flat along the underside. A350 looks a lot taller and more proportioned.

Cabin trims come off sometimes, though normally not in huge pieces like this. I was on a Thai 77W from CPH in July, and on the takeoff roll a part of the trim surrounding the left door just Aft of the wing fell off. No one touched it or tried to replace it for the whole flight.

You have no source on whether they are ending the flights, so I can’t say if it’s true. However they likely won’t use the A380 because their fleet is so tightly scheduled on QFs actual operations. The Antarctic flights usually operate in the southern summer too which is a peak season for the airline...

Watching the full video it looks like after landing the plane starts drifting to the right side of the runway, you can see the edge lights get closer. Then when they correct it by bringing it back to the centreline it starts to skid.
