Hey dara88 I don’t mean to sound rude but ALL the answers/explanations to your doubts are to be found in this admittedly long thread well before your post. So instead of raising the same concerns all over again I suggest some comprehensive reading. I respect different opinions but using words like „...

First of all I must say that I have never been to ILA myself but I am quite informed about the show as I considered going there last time and talked to some people who regularly attend. If it pays off for you depends on what you expect and what you want to get. Static exhibition is great to watch an...

Here is a guide to INN - there are now various photoholes in the fence between spot D and A so no ladder needed for taxiing shots. I can recommend the Samsung W2000 (it is called differently in the US maybe also in the UK). Just got one basically for non-aviation subjects but I am sure you could get shots on A.net with it. Compared to other cams in the 250Euro range, the image quality is superior. You can't compare the grain/no...

Hi!

Correct, now is the right time to see some Russians in SZG. Two IL96 plus a Transaero 772, maybe some YAKs among others can be seen every saturday until March 26 according to the flightplan.

Darren, yeah you are right of course it is adequate for aviation photography, I never put that in doubt. Still, I was not that impressed. Since the clutter is not really covering the aircraft I dont feel distracted, I believe it is ok. The picture however needs some CCW rotation and might be a bit oversharpened (jaggies on windows and tail).
