I’d like to re-visit the 747/707 bomber idea. First, you would want to put a bulkhead behind the cockpit as there is little need to pressurize the bomb bay. Next, you would need to figure out a location for a bay door. Tossing them out one or more existing cargo doors would be fraught with problems...
