Might be misleading though as the helicopter wasn't not operated by Lufthansa.
Lufthansa did offer helicopter connections for First Class passengers from MUC in the Alps in cooperation with HTM Helicopter Travel Munich GmbH.

Where I am lost on the size issue, they are/were looking at replacing 707 E3's with Learjets, totally bypass the 767 which is being built for them....now the E-4 must be replaced not just in like size but in an engine configuration that is no longer being manufactured in and for the civilian market...

The stabilizer tank in the 747 is not supposed to be used as a trim tank.

Probably lower than 950hPa cannot be selected on the altimeters. Have seen that on a number of airplanes. In practice, how much would 4hPa affect runway performance?
