My nominee is GSO which has little ULCC presence (one G4 flight to PIE) and generally terrible air service for a city of its size. SY could really make a difference there.

They just have to get bigger planes but they will stick around as the pilots are needed. Luckily for them, AA's scope considers 50 and 65 seat aircraft the same category so they just have to do a 1 for 1 replacement.
