TK will have some reparation flights to/from USA next week. This time JFK, ORD, IAH and MIA 14-15 MAY. Difference from previous flights, certain visa holders (A, E,G,H,I,J,K,L,O and R) will be allowed fly to USA.

I have seen burned control panels, some smoke in cockpit but never heard of engine shutdown. All panels I worked somewhat spill proof may be they are so unlucky direct spill on cutoff switches caused the problem.

My guess, they try lift main gear via axle jack while plane sits on wing/body jacks. Than wing jack slide off from jack pad and this happened.

6th TK 787 is set for delivery on Sept10th. And that is the day when ATL and BOG-PTY flights to be performed with 787. Regarding of brakes; TC-LNC has brake fans and they can be switched on during taxi to prevent heat build up. 15 min cool down is little too much for fan equipped plane.
