Re: Celebrity Sightings on Flights

I ran into Dog the Bounty Hunter and his then wife Beth on an elevator in the LAX Admirals Club, back in his hay day.

As someone who is moving from the NW to the NE and travels both domestically and internationally, I have been wondering where I was going to take my status to, guess it's not moving now.

Re: UA to Potentially Gain 24 of 39 New DEN Gates

Small correction— people are making connections between A and B, C and B, A and C, United uses C38 consistently every day! To be fair, A - C would be pretty rare, although I did it this week as my daughter was flying out on Frontier and I was flying Southwest. I find that the train is most crowded ...

Boeing Field. I live in Queen Anne, so it’s not much of a difference between there, Renton, or Everett.

Best Seattle Area Flight School

Hi - I'm looking to get a PPL from the ground up.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a flight school in the greater Seattle area?

Online searches have produced Galvin as the top choice, but wanted to know if anyone here had a real life experience and recommendation.

Thanks,

If UA drives F9 off the route, UA should be required to serve the market for 12 months or 2 seasons after F9 leaves.

Required by who? City of Denver? City of Burlington? State of Colorado? State of Vermont? US Gov?

Having lived in BZN from 2006-2013, it was fun watching it grow! Glad to say I was a part of all that growth!

US First Class FA Service Question

Hi All, After quite a few recent trips domestically in F, I got to thinking and I don't think I've ever been on a flight where the FA who tends to the first class cabin during boarding, offering drinks, taking coats, etc. is the same FA who tends to the cabin during flight. I've noticed this across ...

It is surprising, because DCA has a lower %, 1.59% vs BWI @ 1.82%

Re: United Airlines CEO to Make Historic Route Announcement Tomorrow (12/12)

Didn't we have a multi page thread about DL flying from DTW to some place in Florida a little while ago? That was talked about like it was the holy grail of flights. United does this, and it gets yawns???

Re: LH and SEA A333 starts today ( and YVR thoughts)

Was the A333 that flew in yesterday painted in the new livery? I was outside yesterday and saw a plane that looked like it had the Lufthansa new livery, but was not a 744, which I thought was weird. Forgot to check flight trackers and didn't think about it again until this thread.

Re: DELTA System Outage tonight 9/25

This would explain why the Delta app asked me to login, and then proceeded to tell me my info was wrong. Also explains why the work trip I was trying to book, SEA-TAO, shows as no flights available. Oddly enough, I went to Google Flights and the flights I was looking for showed up there.
