And it looks like they earned it. Delta is my carrier of choice, but this kind of customer service interaction is unacceptable. How did Delta in this case earn your praise? You misread my post. Can't speak to this particular college or the action taken, but in my day, fraternities were alcoholism training centers. The amount of alcohol consumed and the way members were pressured into excessive drinking was deeply disturbing.

The sheer terror of living during the Cold War; drills to practice sheltering under school desks, the loud city-wide alarms, the seeming inevitability of nuclear war.
