We're not there yet. Surely if Russian troops are rooted out of Ukraine Russia will want to salvage something through negotiations. I'm not talking about Ukrainian territory, but some form of face saving like a reduction of sanctions in exchange for an end to hostilities.

This happens when travelers take an European flight to the UK/Ireland. I'm guessing that alone is suspicious, when there are direct flights from SA to the UK.
