The kind of drone matters though. A small, off the shelf style drone can fly some minutes, maybe one hour if it's one with wings. It's not loitering for dozens of hours like a global hawk or predator.

At the end of the day, Russians have only had cars for 15-20 years. I don't think that's exactly true, the USSR had cars. But not everyone had one, and it was 1 per family at most. Well they don't gain much territory in the places you say they're focusing on, meanwhile they got Mariupol and Kherson where they're not focussing ? And now the Russians in Kherson are asking for annexation to Russia, so it doesn't seem logical.

Like others have said, if an operator is intent on wildly exceeding MTOW, my first worry would be the center of gravity. Then of course getting off the ground. Think about the videos with the vodka burners taking off in the last meters of a long runway, or that 727 barely clearing a fence.
