This is good, though 3x probably does not cut it. Should be at least 4x/week for business travelers. I guess they'll send the pax via AF on the other days. Here's hoping KL can increase the frequency to daily in short order.

BOM FRA was good choice given the connections at FRA which is a star alliance hub. Except that I'm not sure if AI and LH/ UA actually do much of passenger exchange at FRA. It's really unfortunate that BOM messed up the test, and hopefully will improve ASAP as a real emergency can happen at any time and the airport must be prepared. Luckily BLR airport cleared a similar test with flying colors.

In 9W's case, EY has pumped in around USD749 millions to buy a minority stake in 9W - so long as EY does not want that money back, I'm pretty sure 9W has no concerns about one narrow body flight reverting to EY metal.
