Strangely there was a fourth rejection reason included now: the subject was not centered in the frame..... Perhaps reviewed by someone with a rather conservative view on composit...

The no names perform much better (longer shooting) at a fraction of the cost.

So I'd try a no name if I were you...

Be advised that the 28-300L will not work with the listed extenders.
I'm not even sure whether it works with any converter at all !!!
Nice lens nevertheless...

If you want to shoot some long lens action I'd follow Tim's advice and buy a 100-400L. Great value for money!
