737 have plug type doors. At 13,000 ft the pressure difference is so high that the door can not be opened - even if the aircraft would be pressurized on ground and you tried it from outside.

I only know values out of the time NEO flyes within Germany.
Compared with the CEO without sharklets there was 15% less fuel burn (11% engine and 4% sharklet).
With longer flights the savings do increase.

No, we are talking about the same thing. The OAT is limited because higher OAT produce higher case drain temperature. This can escalate to hydraulic system overheat. By lifting the overheat warning level you lift the max OAT where the aircraft can be operated.

No deployments to Qatar. They require the fix to the hydraulic temperature issue (i have no real details of this) and have to date cancelled 2/3 neo orders. To get rid of the longer startup time software update must be combinated with a change of hardware.
