Hi, Original manufacture lens is always the best option and 70-200mm f2.8 is the sweetest lens however sometimes can be short. Can't say anything about Tamron but I had Sigma 150-600mm contemporary lens and it was sharp and I had no issues at all. You may ask for replacement and try another Tamron 1...

Hello, Usually you get vignetting - darkish corners on the images when using long zoom lens at their longest end, could be 300-400mm even at f8.(mostly with cheap lens) You may use "lens correction" option in the Lightroom or any other photo editing software during editing your image. (if ...

Hello,
Get an AF-P DX Nikon 70-300mm f4.5-6.3 VR (for cropped sensor) or AF-P FX Nikon 70-300mm f4.5-5.6 VR (for full frame).
Both are very sharp and has new generation focusing silent AF-P motor.

Advantages: low light, better build, fast, professional quality glass.

Canon 70-200mm f4 IS and non-IS versions are great in all aspects. Sharp, contrast, dream lens of many people.
My first L-class lens was a Canon 70-200mm f4 non IS on the crop sensor back in 2011.
I suggest you to try to get a Canon glass.

Hello! I would suggest the following: Nikon D3200 has 24megapixels and you need a good glass if you want to get the most from that sensor. Used Nikon 70-200mm f2.8 VR, first, second or third generation - all perfect lenses. New is expensive. Will be 105-300mm on your body. Top quality, low light sho...

Nikon 70-200 f2.8 lenses are professional grade lenses and have nothing to do with color output. The color of the image controlled by camera. Re: Nikon D750 - what do you think

D750 is a great camera, I got one. You better buy it instead of D780 and save for good bright glass, f1.4-2.8
With D750 + a bright good quality glass you will be ready for even night shots.
Cameras come and go, good glass will stay.
Just my two cents.

Perhaps used Canon 5D Mark 2 or Mark 3 in good condition will be the best option if you want high ISO, better autofocusing and overall better performance.
If you do not need a full frame then you may choose any modern beginner Canon DSLR which will be better than 350D.

For the Sigma with this kind of focal length you have to have a very fast shutter speed but polarizing filter cuts the light and shutter speed comes 1/300 - 1/500.
I personally do not use polarizing filters for aviation photography.

Change lenses in non-windy place. This is the biggest problem of all DSLR cameras. Once it is open and you have wind, dust will be on sensor soon. And do not worry too much about few dust spots. They can be removed in post-processing. If you see many dust spots then it is time to think about cleanin...

You have to use fast shutter speed to prevent motion blur and get the original file sharp.
Additional sharpness can be applied in post processing in photoshop.
