From a rampers point of view I would say it has been rushed, we are already experiencing problems with the loading systems and containers getting stuck way too easily.

I do not see why they would not let you, however as a fellow fisherman and ramp worker I would use end caps on the tube and then tape it, these types of tubes with caps are easily available from tackle shops here in the UK, maybe they do where you are? Air Seychelles have an almost 24hr turnround at LHR, B767 comes in thursday night 21.45 and departs friday approx 21.20.
