MSY, LFT, BTR, NEW, and GPT are all ATC-0, and LCH is ATC limited — all until tomorrow afternoon for now. Most of the Gulf routes are closed, including A770/L214/L333, as well as the Q/Y routes. NOAA currently has a P3 orbiting in/around the eye of the hurricane.
